Disorderly Conduct

Alcohol

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Alexander Cruz, 18, of Washington, Washington County, of disorderly conduct Sept. 22.

Officer Dan Smith alleged, in a citation filed Sept. 25, that Cruz created a hazardous or physically offensive condition by consuming alcohol, which caused him to overdose.

A $236 fine was listed for the offense.
