An individual put a handprint in freshly finished cement. Cement crew employees were able to fix the cement.

Odor

A marijuana odor was reported. Police could not detect the odor’s source.

Alcohol Violation

A individual was found with an open alcoholic beverage container in public. Officer explained Richland Township ordinance and university policy. The individual was advised to call it a night.

11:40 p.m., Woodland Townhouse

Odor

A group of people was reported to be smoking marijuana. Officers located the group, but they were smoking only cigarettes.

Alcohol Violation

A student was found drinking underage.  Alcohol was confiscated and a judicial complaint was filed.
