Welfare Check
A report was received of what appeared to be an unconcious male being carried into a residence. Officers were unable to locate any problems.

Ill Person
Ill person was transported to Conemaugh Medical Center’s emergency room.
11:38 p.m., Wilderness Townhouse
Noise Complaint
A report was received of a large group behind Wilderness. When officers arrived, the group fled. Police continued to be monitor the area.

Alcohol Violation
Police recieved a report of an alcohol violation. The individual was transported to Windber Medical Center’s emergency room. A judicial complaint and citation were filed.
3:40 a.m., Willow Hall
Disturbance
Police recieved a report of a domestic disturbance. Officer spoke to both individuals. Both agreed to call it a night.

2:05 a.m., Hickory Hall
Drugs
Officers observed individuals throwing items in garbage receptacles and fleeing when they saw the officers. An investigation was conducted and a judicial complaint and citation filed.

Disturbance
Police received a report of a woman screaming and pounding on doors. An investigation was conducted, and a judicial complaint and citation were filed.
Sept. 16
9:09 p.m., Oak Hall
Fire Alarm
Activated by burning popcorn.
10:46 p.m., Highfield Avenue
Traffic Violation
Driver stopped for erratic driving.
