Reports of bats in the lobby. Another report of a bat outside room, police officers removed the bats.

Disturbance

 

A smoke bomb was thrown onto the patio. A judicial complaint was filed.

Fire Alarm

 

A fog machine activated a fire alarm. The machine was confiscated and a judicial complaint was filed.

 

 

11:59 p.m., Laurel

Intoxicated Person

 

Individual was transported to WindberMedical Center’s emergency room. A citation and a judicial complaint were filed.

Disturbance

 

Officers determined fight to be a verbal altercation between two individuals.

Assault

 

Assault was completed, injured individual was transported to Conemaugh Memorial Medical emergency room.

Alarm was activated by deodorizer spray.

Welfare Check

 

Police officers were requested to check on two residents. Emergency medical services were contacted, treatment was refused.

Alarms were activated by vape pens.

Individuals were reported to be throwing water balloons at windows. Officers monitored the area.
