Disturbance

 

The disturbance was an individual yelling into his cell phone. He was gone by the time officers arrived.

Odor Investigation

 

A marijuana odor was reported. Officers smelled a faint odor when they responded, so they monitored the area.

Odor Investigation

 

A marijuana odor was reported. Officers did not smell the odor.

 

Feb. 13

 

2:40 p.m., Upper Townhouse Parking Lot

Request for Officer

 

An illegally parked vehicle was blocking traffic and snow removal. Police were unable to contact the owner so the vehicle was towed.

Alarm

 

A fire alarm was activated because of a dirty smoke detector. Maintenance workers were notified.

 

Feb. 15

 

1:18 a.m., Maple Hall

Alcohol Violation

 

Police were told about an unresponsive person.  He was transported to Windber Medical Center. Two other males were released to relatives.

 

3:20 a.m., Oak Hall

Check on Welfare

 

Officers were asked to check on an individual. The individual was transported to Windber Medical Center.  A citation and judicial report was filed.

A mother was unable to contact her daughter. The daughter was located and called home.
