Alcohol Violation

There was a report that a student in the Mountain Cat Club had a bottle of alcohol. The male attempted to hide the bottle upon officer arrival. The bottle was confiscated and he was advised of alcohol rules.

Theft

There was a report of a tablet stolen from the residence. An offense report was filed.

10:02 p.m., Maple Hall

Unwanted Person

There was a report of an unwanted person in the dorm. The individual was issued a letter and escorted off campus.

Sept. 20

11:40 p.m., Hawthorn Lodge

Alcohol Violation

There was a report of an intoxicated male. The student was transported to Windber Medical Center. A citation and judicial reports were filed.

Sept. 21

1:06 a.m., Larkspur Lodge

Alcohol Violation

There was a report of an alcohol violation outside of Larkspur Lodge.

1:12 p.m., Living and Learning  Center

Noise Complaint

There was a report of individuals with a loud radio. While on the phone with the officer, the student reported that the music was turned down and the individuals left.

There was a report of an alcohol violation. A student was transported to Windber Medical Center. A citation and judicial reports were filed.

Alcohol Violation

Officers were dispatched for an alcohol violation. Michael McDaniel was released to his mother. A citation and judicial reports were filed.

Hit and Run

There was a report of damage done to a vehicle parked on campus. An offense report was filed.

There was a report of a vehicle parked in a reserved spot. A ticket was issued.
