A broken window was reported. Maintenance workers were notified.

Report of missing jackets at Wellness Center event. Jackets were found and owners notified.

Alcohol Violation

 

Officer observed two males assisting another male who was having difficulty walking. Individuals identified and found to be non-students. A juvenile was cited for underage drinking. Parents were notified.

Report of an individual under alcohol influence. Individual identified. Citation and judicial action filed against Ryan Smerick.

 

10:45 a.m., Lower Townhouse Parking Lot

Lost/Found

 

Officer found a fire extinguisher in the wooded area above the lower townhouse parking lot.

Odor Investigation

 

Report of a strong gas odor. Building was evacuated and ventilated. Odor is believed to be result of fumes being drawn into buildings ventilation system from the Nursing & Health Science construction site.

Report of a theft of two stools outside residence.
