Animal Complaint 

Police officers saw a dog in the upstairs lobby. The owner was identified and informed the university rule against pets on campus.

Fire Alarm

A fire alarm was activated by a burning candle.

A window was broken by an unidentified person. A maintenance request was filed.

Fire Alarm

A fire alarm was activated by burning popcorn.

7:14 p.m., Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center 

Request for Officer

An emergency phone was activated near the Pasquerilla Performing Arts Center. Police arrived with no reults. 

3:01 p.m., Briar Lodge

Odor Investigation

Police received a report of a marijuana odor. Officers inspected the place with no result. 

5:21 p.m., College Park Apartments

Fire Alarm

A fire alarm was activated in the College Park Apartments by burning food.

Alcohol Violation

Police reported an alcohol violation. An underage drinking citation was given to Samuel Shiner and he was transported to the Windber Medical Center emergency room. 

3:39 p.m., Townhouse Parking Lot

Illegal Parking 

Police received report of an illegally parked vehicle. The car was ticketed.
