Pitt-Johnstown police accused Viktoria Hudson, 18, of Norristown, Montgomery County of disorderly conduct Dec. 8.  

Officer Edward Ostrowski alleged, in a citation filed Dec. 9, that Hudson  caused a public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm or hazardous condition by smoking and possessing marijuana in a public place.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Hannah Rydell, 18, of Bangor, Northampon County, Isabella Randa, 18, of Sewickley, Allegheny County and Susanna Wolf, 18, of Wexford. Allegheny County, of disorderly conduct Jan. 7.

Officer Ryan Repak alleged, in citations filed Jan. 10, that Rydell, Randa and Wolf caused a public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by smoking and possessing marijuana in a public place.

Repak also alleged that Rydell, Randa and Wolf were found with a grinder containing marijuana, a pill bottle containing marijuana and a glass pipe.
