Marijuana, alcohol lead to charges

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Nadia Miller, 19, and Mylecia Brooker, 19, both of Philadelphia, of disorderly conduct Aug. 23.

Officer Tabitha Leary alleged, in citations filed Aug. 27, that Miller and Brooker created a hazardous or physically offensive condition, with intent to cause public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by smoking and possessing marijuana.

$461 fines were listed for both offenses.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Stone Laurich, 20, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, of disorderly conduct Aug. 24.

Officer Ryan Repak alleged, in a citation filed Aug. 27, that Laurich caused public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by possessing marijuana and consuming alcohol while being under 21.

A $261 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Timothy Dalton, 19, of Delmont, Westmoreland County, and Justin Carter, 19, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, of disorderly conduct Aug. 24.

Officer Dwight Keim alleged, in citations filed Aug. 27, that Dalton and Carter caused public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm by possessing marijuana and consuming alcohol while being under 21.

A $361 fine was listed for Dalton’s offense.  A $261 fine was listed for Carter’s offense.
