Citations allege drinking, smoking

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Timothy Dalton, 18, of Delmont, Westmoreland County, with the purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages Feb. 16.

Officer Glenn Berkey alleged, in a citation filed Feb. 20, that Dalton was under the age of 21 and consumed malt or brewed beverages and that he had to be transported to Windber medical center for treatment.

A $461 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Angelo Ricchiuto, 19, of York, York County, with the purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages Feb. 16.

Officer Joshua Vranich alleged, in a citation filed Feb. 20, that Ricchiuto was under the age of 21 and consumed liquor, malt or brewed beverages and that he was transported to the hospital.

A $461 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Anthony Colello, 19, of Greensburg, Westmoreland County, of the purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages Feb. 17

Officer Glenn Berkey alleged, in a citation filed Feb. 20, that Colello was under the age of 21 and consumed malt or brewed beverages.

A $461 fine was listed for the offense.

Pitt-Johnstown police accused Mikael Aamir, 19, of Malvern, Chester County, of disorderly conduct Feb. 20.

Officer Dan Smith alleged, in a citation filed Feb. 22, that Aamir created a hazardous or physically offensive condition that served no legitimate purpose by smoking marijuana.

A $260 fine was listed for the offense.
