Pitt-Johnstown police charged Nathaniel Ticjak, 19, of Pittsburgh, and Gavin Zimmerman, 19, of Mount Pleasant, Westmoland County, with disorderly conduct Jan. 19.

Officer Glenn Berkey alleged, in citations filed Jan. 22, that Ticjak and Zimmerman created a hazardous or physically offensive condition by smoking and possessing a small amount of marijuana.

A $261 fine was listed for each disorderly conduct offense.
