Pitt-Johnstown campus police charged students Vivienne Johnson, 19, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, and Itunu Lawal, 18, of Pittsburgh, with disorderly conduct Oct. 16.

Campus police officer Edward Ostrowski alleged in two citations filed Oct. 17 that Johnson and Lawal had created a hazardous and physically offensive condition by smoking marijuana in Larkspur Lodge. 

A $260 fine was listed for each offense.
