Disorderly allegations filed against students

Pitt-Johnstown campus police charged Haley Nicole James, 19, of Pittsburgh, and Karsen Elizabeth Koah, 19, of Pittsburgh with disorderly conduct Sept. 16.
Campus Police Officer Edward Ostroski reported that James and Koah smoked marijuana at the Adirondack Shelter.
A $260 fine was listed for both charges.

Dillian Thomas Jeffrey, 19, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, and Matthew James Siszka, 19, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, were charged with disorderly conduct Sept. 20. Ostroski said Jeffrey and Siszka smoked marijuana outside of a Briar Lodge.
A $260 fine was listed for both charges.
