Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Patrick Lee Wetzel with two counts of disorderly conduct in incidents Sept. 30 and Oct. 1.

In both incidents, Officer Daniel Smith and Officer Edward Ostroski reported Wetzel was smoking marijuana in a Living/Learning Center dorm room.

A combined $510 charge was listed for the offense.

Police also charged student Gregory Allen Walters with disorderly conduct in an incident Oct. 1.

Ostroski reported Walters was smoking marijuana in a Living/Learning Center dorm room.

A $255 fine was listed for the offense.
