Pitt-Johnstown police Sept. 13 charged Sarah Ann Dwyer, 18, of Dudley, Huntingdon County; Victoria Nicol Adebanjo, 18, of Chester Springs, Chester County; and Rebecca Frances DeFazio, 18, of Reynoldsville, Jefferson County with disorderly conduct.

Officer Tabitha Leary reported in a citation that Dwyer was unresponsive and vomiting in Biddle Hall parking lot and was transported to a hospital Sept. 12.

In her report, Leary also said that Adebanjo and DeFazio both admitted to smoking marijuana in a Biddle Hall parking lot and possessed drug paraphernalia and marijuana the same day.

A $355 fine was listed for each of the three offenses.
