Pitt-Johnstown police have charged Eric Helm, 21, of Blairsville, Indiana County, with failing to stop at a stop sign.

According to a citation filed by Chief Eric Zangaglia, Helm failed to stop at a stop sign.

A $130 fine was listed for the offense.
