Pitt-Johnstown police have charged Alexis Hartwick, 19, of Harrisburg with public drunkenness Feb. 27.
Officer Edward Ostrowski reported Hartwick was stumbling and nearly fell on a sidewalk outside of North Lodges, according to a citation.
A $205 fine was listed for the offense.
Campus police also have charged Jenna Hodge, 18, of Connellsville, Fayette County, with purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of a liquor, malt or brewed beverage March 16.
Officer Brian Colbert reported Hodge to be an individual less than 21 years of age who consumed alcohol knowingly and intentionally on March 14, according to the citation.
Colbert also reported Hodge was transported by ambulance to a hospital.
A $454 fine was listed for the offense.
Pitt-Johnstown police have charged Michael Cappella of Pittsburgh with disorderly conduct March 20.
Officer Tabitha Leary reported Cappella smoked marijuana on the campus mall, according to a citation.
A $355 fine was listed for the offense.
Campus police have also charged Joshua Stonebraker, 23, of Avonmore, Westmoreland County, with disorderly conduct.
Officer Leary reported Stonebraker in possession of drug paraphernalia at the College Park Apartments.
A $355 fine was listed for the offense.
