Pitt-Johnstown police have charged Tyler Nigro, 19, of Verona, Allegheny County, with disorderly conduct, Jan. 30.

Officer Daniel Smith reported Nigro was in possession of a pipe and a grinder.

A $205 fine was listed for the charge.

Campus police have also charged Trevor Moore, 20, of Berlin, Somerset County, with driving on a sidewalk.

Officer Lindsay Ares reported Moore drove on a posted sidewalk.

A $130 fine was listed for the charge.
