Pitt-Johnstown police charge more students

Pitt-Johnstown police have charged Samuel Finney, 21, of West Chester, Chester County, with disorderly conduct Jan. 26.

Officer Matthew Updyke reported Finney in possession of drug paraphernalia at Buckhorn Lodge.

A $355 fine was listed for the charge.

Campus police have also charged Evan Eilers, 21, of Wexford, Allegheny County, with public drunkenness Jan. 30.

Officer Edward Ostrowski reported that Eilers was falling down and had to be assisted with walking outside of Hawthorn Lodge.

A $205 fine was listed for the charge.

Police also charged Allen Valez, 18, of Cleveland, and Desmond Phillips, 18, of Northern Cambria, with disorderly conduct.

Officer Daniel Smith reported Valez and Phillips engaged in fighting or threatening behavior outside Briar Lodge.

A $205 fine was listed for both charges.

Police have also charged John O’Donnell, 19, of Wayne, Pa., with driving on a sidewalk Jan. 29.

Officer Smith reported that O’Donnell drove on a Pitt-Johnstown sidewalk.

A $130 fine was listed for the charge.
