Pitt-Johnstown  police charged Justin Solnosky, 18, of Northern Cambria,  with disorderly conduct Dec. 5.

Officer Edward Ostroski reported Solnosky  smoked marijuana possessed marijuana and paraphernalia in his dorm.

A $255 fine was listed for the charge.

Campus police also charged student Yongjie Fan, 21, with careless driving Dec. 7.

Officer Glenn Berkey reported that Fan crossed double yellow lines while traveling at high speeds, nearly hitting police vehicle.

A $129 fine was listed for the charge.
