Alcohol, marijuana alleged in charges

Pitt-Johnstown police charged Marcello Mastromarco, 21, of Southhampton, Bucks County, with disorderly contact Nov. 13. The charge was filed Nov. 15.

Officer Matthew Updyke reported that Mastromarco was in Hemlock Hall with possession of a pipe containing a marijuana.

A $255 fine was listed for the charge.

Campus police charged Alexander Perks, 21, of Warminster, Bucks County, with public drunkenness Nov. 13.

Officer Updyke reported that Perks was found in Hemlock Hall passed out on a couch on a lobby smelling of alcohol and marijuana.

A $255 fine was listed for the charge filed Nov. 15.

Campus police also charged Xing Ji, 22, Johnstown, with disorderly conduct Nov. 15.

Officer Brian Colbert filed the charge for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

A $255 fine was listed for the charge filed Nov. 22.

Pitt-Johnstown police also charged Andrew Paros, 18, of Johnstown, with public drunkenness and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages Nov. 20. The charge was filed Nov. 22.

Officer Daniel Smith reported that Paros was found in Hickory Hall with a strong odor of alcohol, glassy and bloodshot eyes.

A $659 fine was listed for both charges.

Campus police charged John McQueary, 18, of State College, Centre County, and Gregory Walters, 18, of Somerset, with disorderly conduct Nov. 21.

Officer Dwight Keim reported that the two smoked marijuana in Maple Hall.

A $204.97 fine was listed for both charges. The charge was filed Nov. 30.
