Pitt-Johnstown police charged Alisha Virk, 19, of Monroeville, Allegheny County, with the purchase, consumption and possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages Feb. 28.

Officer Edward Ostrowski said he saw Virk in Hemlock Hall clearly intoxicated to the extent that she was vomiting, according to a citation.

Ostrowski noted in a citation that Virk emitted a strong alcoholic beverage odor and had bloodshot eyes.

A $354.50 fine was listed for the charge.
