Poor behaviors result in fines

Pitt-Johnstown police charged Jessica Bair, 19, of Murrysville, Westmoreland County, with disorderly conduct Jan. 24.

Officer Daniel Smith said he saw Bair in Hemlock Hall creating a hazardous and offensive condition, according to a citation.

Bair was smoking and was in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a ceramic pipe, according to a citation. Both the marijuana and pipe were confiscated.

Bair was fined $254.50 for disorderly conduct.

Campus police charged John Aiken Jr., 20, of Delmont, Westmoreland County with disorderly conduct Jan. 24.

Smith said he saw Aiken in Hemlock Hall creating a hazardous and offensive condition by being in possession of and smoking marijuana.

Aiken was fined $254.50 for disorderly conduct.
