On Nov. 21, Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Tomi Stern, 19, of Johnstown’s Coopersdale neighborhood, with disorderly conduct.

According to a citation, Campus Police Officer Edward Ostrowski saw Stern with drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana in a Larkspur Lodge Commuter Room.

She was cooperative. A $254 fine was listed for the disorderly conduct charge, according to the citation.

Also on Nov. 21, campus police charged student Joshua Cain, 18, of McKees Rocks, Allegheny County, with disorderly conduct.

According to a citation, Campus Police Officer Joshua Vranich saw Cain urinating in public along

Highfield Avenue.

A $204 fine was listed for the disorderly conduct charge.

On. Nov. 22, campus police charged student Graham Jones, 18, of Landenberg, Chester County, with disorderly conduct.

According to a citation, Campus Police Officer Tabitha Leary saw Jones in possession of drug paraphernalia in Hemlock Hall, according to the citation.

Leary seized a bong, a pipe and a vodka bottle that was used for smoking. She also seized a grinder, several baggies and papers. Used to increase water pipe airflow, diffusers also were seized, according to the citation.

A $454 fine was listed for the disorderly conduct charge.

On Nov. 29, campus police charged student John Singer, 18, of West Newton, Westmoreland County, with disorderly conduct.

According to a citation, Campus Police Officer Robert Miller saw Singer smoking marijuana in 124 Oak Hall.

Also in 124 Oak Hall, student Ian Ritchey, 19, of Belle Vernon, Fayette County, was charged with disorderly conduct by Miller.

Miller saw Ritchey smoking marijuana and passing a marijuana pipe, according to a citation.

A $254 fine was listed for each disorderly conduct charge.
