Student offers guilty plea

On Nov. 8, Pitt-Johnstown police charged student Ryan Miller, 19, of Emmaus, Lehigh County, with purchase, consumption and possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages by a person under 21.

According to a citation, Campus Police Officer Robert Miller said he saw Ryan behind Larkspur Lodge intoxicated.

Ryan was intoxicated to the point where he was staggering and falling down, according to the citation.

He was released to  student Hanna Cappellini.

A $354 fine was listed for the charge and Ryan pleaded guilty.
