Kevin McGee, the former Pitt-Johnstown student who allegedly fired a shotgun into an unoccupied Richland Township police cruiser has been ordered to stand trial, according to the Tribune-Democrat.
The trial is set for April 3, and was ordered after McGee was determined mentally competent. He is charged with attempted homicide, assault of a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, terrorisitc and criminal mischief.
The incident occurred Sept. 3, when McGee went to the Richland Municipal Building and fired a shotgun into a police crusier.
