Restaurant on the way
March 28, 2012
The Pittsburgh-area chain restaurant Quaker Steak & Lube is coming to Richland Township, the Johnstown Tribune-Democrat reported last week.
The restaurant, likely familiar to students from the Greater Pittsburgh area and featured on such television shows as “Man v. Food,” is known for its hot wings.
Richland’s Quaker Steak & Lube will be based in an empty lot at the base of the Eisenhower Boulevard hill – formerly a Blockbuster Video location, the Tribune-Democrat reported.
The eatery joins a planned Sheetz and a possible shopping center as another UPJ-area development.
